kentucky bourbon pecan pie

My brother in law’s favorite pie of all time. We are not fans of corn syrup, and so there is not any in our recipe. Just dark brown sugar, eggs, pecans and a generous splash of Bourbon to cut the sweetness. All baked until wobbly in a flaky butter crust. It is very rich, so we recommend serving it with our lightly sweeteneed whipped cream and possibly some more Kentucky Bourbon.
