Bacon-wrapped almond and gorgonzola-stuffed medjool dates. These little delights are the perfect combination of salty, smokey and sweet, and even those guests who say they “don’t like dates!”, end up chasing our servers down the hall to snag another one. A fun little bite to serve on Christmas Eve with pinot noir or an Old Fashioned. These are pre-baked, but not browned.
