We’re offering our mascarpone, spinach and herb stuffed chicken breasts, crisp and golden with a light dusting of parmesan and crumbs. We send along without bright tomato basil sauce, two risotto timbales, and grilled asparagus, so your meal is complete and your tummy happy.

Luscious, decadent, celebratory….feel like you are in a New England chateau without ever leaving the house. We poach fresh American lobster in court bouillon then mix the meat with celery root, peas, pearl onions and carrots in a champagne cream sauce. Place the mix in your crock or over safe dish, top with the included pastry tops and bake until bubbling and golden. Some says it’s diamonds, but we know nothing truly says “I love you” like lobster.
What is a steak lover to do? Valentine’s reservations are tough to get, restraints are crowded and loud. How about instead, taking home our very special Chateau Briand? Filet Mignon, wrapped in bacon, then seared and cooked to gentle medium rare. Just needs a little bit of warming and is ready to serve with out parmesan and gruyere potato gratin and some crisp, tender haricots vert. This is #winningvalentines.
