Bette Noire tarts
Made with coconut milk and the best Callebaut chocolate, our decadent bette noire tarts are dairy free, vegan, and gluten free. A nut crust filled with chocolate ganache, and finished with a chocolate glaze, these tarts are sent to you with a little candied orange zest and fresh raspberry sauce, so they are colorful, beautiful and delicious.

It is nearly flourless, with a dense but still soft ganache texture and a little sea salt in the batter to balance the deep chocolate flavor.
